So what does strategy mean to you?

Strategy is a word that seems universal, yet its meaning is deeply personal.
Seth Godin defines it as:
"Strategy is a philosophy of becoming."
I really like this angle. It shows that strategy is not just a plan or a series of actions, it’s a living process. It’s not just about reaching a final goal; it’s about evolution, movement.
More importantly, it is inseparable from the person who defines it. Strategy is a reflection of vision, intention, and identity. It shapes a company, a brand, or a team just as much as it is shaped by the person who carries it forward.
Because it is alive, strategy is constantly evolving. At any given moment, we can define it, frame it, but it remains fluid, continuously adapting. It shifts with circumstances, with decisions made, with the energy and values we infuse into it.
Ultimately, what if strategy was, above all, an alignment between our intentions and our actions? A way to clarify what we truly want and bring it to life through the way we move forward?
