Member Guidelines
How membership works
LIO membership begins at the organisation level, with individual access for designated representatives. During the incubation phase, each member organisation is provided with one designated representative account. This representative can explore the ecosystem, use member-only tools, and manage connection activity on behalf of the organisation. As the platform evolves, additional representative accounts may become available under the applicable membership plans. This keeps collaboration human while anchoring every interaction in a clear professional context.
What members can do
Members can explore the ecosystem, discover relevant organisations, and connect intentionally with other members. As a designated member representative, you can: - send connection requests to relevant organisations - review received responses - track the requests you have already sent LIO is designed to help members discover relevant opportunities without unnecessary noise.
Intentional connections
Connection requests are designed to be thoughtful, relevant and low-noise. Use the contact form on a member profile to express interest and start a conversation. To avoid repeated outreach, member organisations can only contact the same organisation once. You can review your sent and received connection requests anytime from your member area. No email notifications or other automated alerts are sent; connection activity remains user-controlled.
Consent before contact
Your next step depends on mutual choice. When a request is received, the other member organisation can decide whether to connect. If the request is accepted, both parties gain access to each other’s contact card and can continue the conversation directly via email. Until then, contact details remain protected. The pace of connection is always guided by mutual consent.
Built for respectful collaboration
LIO is designed for relevant professional exchange, not noise or pressure. Please use connection tools intentionally and respectfully. LIO is built to encourage meaningful collaboration, not repetitive outreach, spam or intrusive behaviour. The goal is to create a calm ecosystem where members’ time, attention and boundaries are respected.
Human-centered by design
LIO was built to help members focus on relevant opportunities, not endless noise. This ecosystem was intentionally designed to work with human attention, not against it. By reducing noise, limiting distractions, and encouraging more intentional interactions, LIO creates calmer conditions for clearer thinking, fresh perspectives, and more relevant business opportunities.
Trust and transparency
LIO is designed to protect member information and respect consent. LIO collects only essential information required to create member access, enable professional connections, and support collaboration inside the ecosystem. Your information is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for unrelated purposes. Contact details remain protected until a connection is mutually accepted. You stay in control of what happens next.
