The word innovation is everywhere. But when we talk about it, we almost always think of technological advances.
What if innovation was, above all, a shift in perspective?
Innovation is not just about tools and algorithms. It can be social, organizational, human. It transforms the way we think, collaborate, and make decisions.
Even when innovation is technological, it always leads to a deeper transformation. A new tool doesn’t just change a process—it changes how we perceive work, priorities, and interactions.
So why this obsession with technology? Because it’s tangible, measurable, reassuring. And also because it creates the feeling of not falling behind.
Companies adopt the same innovations as their competitors, believing this will keep them in the race. Yet, real differentiation doesn’t come from what we adopt, but from how we think and act.
My project, LIO is an example of this: it doesn’t seek to innovate through technology but through a shift in focus. By embracing natural and human processes, it aims to reconcile performance and well-being.
