What happens when we stop trying to build everything on our own?

Starting a business, developing a project, changing the way we work: so much of what we undertake begins with one person. But no human enterprise exists in isolation. Our ideas, skills, resources and efforts gain new possibilities when they come into contact with those of others.

This video explores why connection is not something that comes after the work.

It is part of the work itself, and why the environments we create for these connections matter.

Because perhaps the future we build depends not only on what each of us can bring, but on what can happen when our pieces meet.
