After 18 months of intense work, passionate research on our internal human processes, and unexpected discoveries, I had the immense joy of successfully defending my thesis with highest distinction at Ichec Brussels Management School.
This recognition by a highly qualified and demanding jury confirms not only the value of the topic and the quality of the work accomplished, but also, and this deeply moves me, the validity of my LIO program, born from this very process.
It is, of course, a personal achievement, but above all a powerful encouragement to continue this adventure, in service of a more conscious and deeply life-centered leadership, from the inside out.
My heartfelt thanks to all those who supported me, especially to my two amazing thesis supervisors, Isabelle Choquet and Anne Rousseau, whom I had the immense privilege to be guided by throughout this journey.
This is not an end. It is only the beginning.
The beginning of a conscious co-creation of a future that reflects us, supports us, and nourishes us. Us humans, and all forms of life on Earth.
