LIO at UCLouvain University

Yesterday, I had the incredible opportunity to present my LIO introductory session to the class of Sustainable HRM and Leadership at UCLouvain. 

What a great occasion to explore how our individual perception could be a strategic lever in the co-creation of a more life-friendly, sustainable collective reality! 

Indeed, our subjective inner experience of life and our "outside"/"physical" experience of it are inseparable. Exploring this subject with those who will shape the organizations and societies of tomorrow is of the utmost importance.

A huge thank you to Prof. Dr. Ina Aust, who opened this door to me and her students, and by doing so, offered us all the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and to sow the seeds for a garden of new possibilities, now or later, on our professional and personal journeys.
