Do you believe that alternate versions of yourself already exist?

If we consider evolving and learning as a journey of self-discovery, and if we believe that everything we uncover was always within us, then it becomes easier to accept that we are, in fact, already everything. We embody all possible versions of ourselves; there is nothing new to create, only things to uncover and doors to reopen.
This makes the self-image we project outward a choice we can make at any moment. We may think that it depends on circumstances or the different outcomes we wish to achieve, but in reality, these are also products of our perception and imagination—things we choose as well.
This thought also demonstrates the agency we have in choosing how we want to be and the responsibility that comes with our internal choices and perceptions.
