Do you believe that alternate versions of reality already exist?

According to certain concepts in quantum physics, all possible versions of reality already exist simultaneously. Each choice or observation we make doesn't so much "create" a new reality as it shifts us into one of the many pre-existing possibilities.

In this context, change can indeed be seen as selecting or moving into a different version of reality rather than creating something entirely new. This perspective suggests that every potential outcome already exists, and what we perceive as change is actually just a shift in our focus or alignment with a different version of reality.

It implies that by changing our thoughts, decisions, or perceptions, we are essentially choosing which version of reality we experience. This idea can be empowering, as it frames change not as a struggle to create something from nothing but as a process of aligning with the reality we desire to experience.
