LIO is a project focused on translating human insight into the design of systems, organizations, and ways of working. It explores how understanding human perception, behavior, and internal dynamics can help improve decision-making, collaboration, and organizational functioning.
What We Do
We design applied systems, tools, and structured approaches based on human internal functioning: cognitive, emotional, biological, and decision-making processes.
These insights are translated into practical formats that support how people work, learn, collaborate, and organize themselves across different contexts.
We focus on identifying where existing systems create misalignment with human functioning, and on designing alternatives that are more coherent, usable, and adaptive.
This includes work across organizations, education, and collaborative environments, as well as intergenerational contexts where knowledge and practices are transmitted and evolve over time.
At its core, LIO transforms an understanding of human functioning into concrete ways of improving systems, structures, and environments.

The LIO platform itself has been designed as an accessible infrastructure, initially made available free during its incubation phase, and later structured through fair and accessible models aimed at increasing shared value and opportunity for all participants.
